Information
The PTC heaters are controlled by a relay in the fuse box, rear. The relay is controlled by the Climate Control Module (CCM). The control module monitors the relay coil circuit.
Test run criteria
The control module's test for the DTC starts when:
• The vehicle is in usage mode convenience or higher.
Detection criteria
The DTC is set if the control module detects that:
• The load current is too high.
Fault handling in the control module
None.
